Production Thermoform Tooling
Tek Pak’s engineers and toolmakers have decades of experience producing complete production molds for all of the major brands of thermoformers on the market. We also have extensive experience producing matched-metal punching and trimming dies. Tek Pak will also repair (weld and remachine, if necessary) mold cavities and will sharpen punching/trimming tooling.

Production Molds

Tek Pak will design and built a complete production mold stack for your thermoformer. We will design and build all standoffs, pressure boxes, insulating blocks, plug assists, heating systems, vacuum channels, ejector systems, etc. If you need to outsource production tooling, you can rely on Tek Pak to produce a complete, turn-key mold package for your thermoformer.

Punch and Trim Tooling

Tek Pak builds matched-metal dies for all of your punching/trimming applications. We have built dies for very complex, multi-level applications. Just like our production mold service, we will design and build a turn-key die set to fit your press.
